Portland Etched Series

Portland Oregon is home to some of the most beautiful bridges in the world.  From the gothic style of the St. Johns Bridge to Tilikum Crossing, our new contemporary cable-stayed bridge, Portland is famous for our many bridges with a variety architectural styles & shapes.

Aptly named bridgetown, crossing over at least one bridge is a daily routine for many Oregonians. Whether you bike over the Hawthorne or skateboard under the Burnside, when in Portland, you most definitely feel a connection with the Willamette River.

Breathtaking views of Mount Hood are seen throughout the city, demanding Portlanders to pause and take note of our beautiful environment.

This jewelry series is a tribute to Portland and an homage to Oregon.  Beginning as only a sketchbook sketch, these pendants were drawn on location, in view of their expansive inspiration. This series was created by Melissa Moline, Oregonian and lead designer at Allusa Architecture, a small Portland firm.
